Improve your strength and flexibility and enjoy a sense of well-being with a hatha yoga class covering postures, breath work and relaxation.
Each class will be suitable for all ages and abilities, from absolute beginners to those with more experience. Don’t worry if you haven’t done any exercise for years or can’t touch your toes, just come along and join in. You’ll be amazed at the benefits.
Postures can be adapted for those with limited mobility.
No special equipment is required, although a ‘sticky’ yoga mat will prove helpful. Loose or stretchy clothing will be more comfortable and you should bring a cushion and a blanket for relaxation.
