Community Yoga sessions are delivered by Victoria Stovell and her colleague Becky. Through these karma yoga sessions you will get a flavour of 4 different styles of yoga, with a little bit of time to explore dynamic yoga and also gentle and slow meditative yoga.
Whether you are flexible or not, whatever age or body shape you are there is a yoga for you. Victoria will help you find your own flow and see what’s right for you.
No experience needed, just bring yourself and wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in. If you have a mat please bring it, if not Victoria will have some you can borrow.
