Middlesbrough – we’re back in the Crypt for the biggest comedy club  in the North East! MC tonight is the fantastic Mike Wilkinson – one of our absolute faves. Charming, dry as a bone humour that will have you crying with laughter.

We’re just putting the final touches to the bill but you’ll love our headliner tonight Adam Rowe. He may only be 25 years old but he’s got the Scouse gift of the gab and an absolutely rollicking routine. A brilliant story teller with huge amounts of energy and wit, he’s the perfect headliner.

‘a clear crown pleaser’ – Chortle
‘comic brilliance’ – The Liverpool Echo

Keep an eye on social media for the latest additions to the bill.

Saturday 15 September 2018

We’re back with a truly international line up featuring South African Pierre Novellie and Canadian Paul Myrehaug and Mark Simmons.

Pierre Novellie has been nominated for Best Club Comic at the Chortle Awards for the last two years running – we’re sure you’re going to love him too! As well as being a highly acclaimed comic, he writes for shows such as Mock the Week, and has appeared on Stand up Central on Comedy Central. His wry, confident observational style is both impressive and hilarious.

‘Very Funny’ – Scotsman

Canadian Paul Myrehaug’s humour is fabulously off the wall. His dry as a bone observations delivered with effortless timing are an absolute delight.

‘Myrehaug’s charism captivates the audience’ – Giggle Beats

Home grown comedian Mark Simmons has supported everyone from Michael McIntyre to Rob Beckett and has won plaudits from audiences and critics alike. Mark our world – he’s gonna be huge. Remember where you saw him first!

‘Gags of the highest order’ – Broadway Baby

Please note: Line-ups may be subject to change. Not for the easily offended.
